I am a proud mother of two beautiful young adults (ages 29 and 34 years old) and I love teaching Science! Both of my children are currently becoming nurses:) They will be graduating very soon and can't wait to help others. They both went to Clovis Schools during K-12:)
I have been privileged to work in the Clovis Unified School District for the past 19 years. This will be my 15th year at Reyburn:)
I graduated from UCSB with a Bachelor’s degree in the Biological Sciences. I have my Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. I am also CLAD certified and have over 100 hours of CUSD laptop training.
My other work experiences include nursing for a Cardiologist and research at the Loma Linda University Hospital. There, I worked in the Endocrine Lab doing research to try to improve the current blood tests for measuring Thyroxin levels by using Radioimmunoassay.
I love to draw, sculpture, sing, exercise, fast walk and enjoy nature.
